They were BEYOND helpful! This was my first time moving, and it turned out to be much more challenging than I expected. I had stuff EVERYWHERE, and I was feeling overwhelmed. Had to bump the load time back a bit but this was communicated well and the loading was handled well. One small nick on a trim piece but that was during moving a very heavy sleeper sofa. Overall good experience.
