The total time for move was 2 hours and 15 minutes. Do I get a refund for time? I paid for 3 hours. The main concern I have is that the ‘lead’ mover put 90 per cent of the work on his coworker. The coworker was great! The lead guy stayed on his phone a lot and actually was holding his phone in his right hand while holding my belongings.
