These gentlemen were great. They had an issue with a previous move and were going to be late, so they called me ahead of time. They were friendly and did a great job protecting my possessions while loading. They got everything loaded and it was very well packed for the drive. Cannot recommend enough.

Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent service I received from your moving company on May 18 (Smooth Moves Nola, based out of New Orleans, LA (JB 80da7ee0). Upon arrival at my new residence, I discovered significant damage to several items, including my bed, bike, table fan, and book stand. It was evident that these items were not handled with the necessary care. The bed frame is broken, and the book stand has sustained considerable damage that has rendered it unusable. The bike's back is broken, and they also dropped it while loading, and there is no way that it can be fixed. The bed frame would not have been damaged if the loaders hadn't forgotten to load it at the beginning when all the furniture was loaded. I am requesting compensation for the damages incurred. I can send photographs of the damaged items if necessary. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and will address this issue promptly. Thanks Rajat
