Service day, Sept 28, 2024, 2 witnesses saw 2nd guy break a stairway step & kicked it down the stairs. Jade, the owner, was notified about the issue, 2nd the guy denied it. A family member approached 2nd guy about why it was taking him over an hour to take the frig part and haul it out the front door. 2nd guy started an argument with 2 family members, then 2nd guy & Jade also got into an argument. 2nd guy stated that he was stopping working. Jade continued to work. In the end, Jade said he would send someone on Monday, Sept 30, 2024 for the broken step & wanted a $106.35 Cash App for a single-man work. The next day, we contacted Jade to ask if he had U-haul's dollie. Jade said it was his and sent his dollie photo via text. It is his, no problem. He said he wanted his $106.35, but we decided not to because Moving Help doesn't allow it. He became defensive again, yelling & cursing, stating he would not take care of the broken stairs & accused us of fraud.
