We had 2 movers to move two apartments into a 16-ft POD. They were very fast (took two out of our three estimated hours) but at a cost to care for our items. Stools were carried haphazardly and scraped against the cement. A desk piece that was carefully wrapped in moving blankets was scraped even through the thick fabric. Large appliances were also handled somewhat aggressively. We were busy trying to finish packing and largely trusting that they knew what they were doing, but having come out on the other side of our move and seen how other movers treated our belongings, we now know that we should have paid more attention and taken a bit of concern with their actions. I will say that the POD itself was packed pretty well, with very little shifting during a cross-country move. I'm thankful for their Tetris skills. I just wish that they had been a little more concerned with care over efficiency, especially when they still had plenty of time paid for to get it done right.

Ryan and Bobby were great and super quick and nice! I would definitely use again! I would call to confirm the time before booking, we reserved morning but the earliest they had was actually noon after we had already booked and booked our truck for morning

I would hire them again. They were efficient and packed the truck very well. There was no shifting on a 15 hour drive. I’m so pleased with the overall experience.
