The team was great, they had traffic this morning but outside that great help. Really fast and they brought own tools to make it easy on them. They also speak spanish which was helpful.

Movers were late due to coming from another job. Movers did not reach out about confirmation and I had to several times to confirm move. The move itself was very fast and they were professional and kind, it would have been better to have an option to book an hour given an hour of time lost and only 30 minutes of labor completed.

I was confused about how payment worked. The movers accepted full payment in cash and also collected the payment code, and made fun of me in Spanish as they drove away, which is when I realized it. I was stupid, but they were cruel and stole $180 from me (payment and tip). To be fair they performed the labor just fine prior to scamming me out of money and humiliating me.
