I was confused about how payment worked. The movers accepted full payment in cash and also collected the payment code, and made fun of me in Spanish as they drove away, which is when I realized it. I was stupid, but they were cruel and stole $180 from me (payment and tip). To be fair they performed the labor just fine prior to scamming me out of money and humiliating me.

Great guys. Worked fast and were willing to be flexible with me being in military and needing to get a weigh ticket before unloading. Be mindful these guys are your helpers. It’s not their job to do it alone. If you’re helping and doing your part I think that’s when you’ll get the best results. 11out of 10 recommend.
