Movers didn’t arrive until about 2 hours after scheduled (scheduled for 1-3pm, but movers ended up getting there around 3pm to get started). We were informed of the delay, but weren’t sure how long it would take. Only had the truck until 5pm, so we had to do about half of the unloading ourselves to get started so we could return it in time. Ended up only needing about an hour of service at that point, but still had to pay for two hours. No issues with guys who unloaded - they were great and got the rest of the job done quickly and accurately when they did arrive. Would recommend contingency plan for when there are multiple moves scheduled and one runs over in time. Feel free to reach out to discuss further.
