Llama and Ray were great! They were incredibly helpful, did everything we asked in less time than we expected, and honestly took better care of our stuff than we did. Their experience also helped with how to pack the truck, and they went the extra mile by getting a boxspring up a challenging staircase when even we were certain it wouldn’t fit
