Every item was handled with care, and we were moved out right on schedule. After experiencing a terrible moving service during a September 1 move-out in Boston, these guys truly stood out from the rest.

They contacted me immediately when I booked. We agreed on a time. I later reached out to them twice to ask if they would be interested in doing unloading. They said they would call me back but never did. So we went with a different company to unload. They called before arrival and arrived on time. We were on the second floor, we moved most of the boxes out to the hallway to help them with move. We also had a loft space. They asked if we could move the boxes down to help with the process, we moved boxes to the hallway as they empited the boxes from the hallway. We hired 2 people for 2 hours, which I thought would be enough for a 2 bedroom 1100 sq ft apartment. At one point me, my brother and my husband started to help carry the boxes downstairs. They were there for 3 hours, and even with our help they couldn't finish the job. They also left the heavier items to last, which made our job a lot harder. They had to leave for another job, so we finished the job and loaded the truck.
