Company did a bait and switch sent one person who was late. This is after they told me the price was incorrect and pushed me to a higher price. The mover Manny refused to take direction and move the furniture, which is what was requested. Owner never provided additional mover and wanted full compensation for job, even though worker only provided less than half the work and definitely wasn’t 2 peoples worth of labor. My husband and 80 year old father did half+ of the job. He then wanted to gloat about the job he did and became belligerent and angry to the point I had to call the police to escort him out of my home. He also upset another resident who conplained to PM because she requested he catch the next elevator because she didn’t want to be cramped in. He told her she needed to find Jesus and she’d be nicer. He told me the same thing as well, because I didn’t not enjoy being scammed! Rude, disrespectful and a nightmare to work with! I wouldn’t suggest this company to my worst enemy!

Manny was outstanding. Wonderful personality, on time, extremely helpful, highly efficient, and job was done relatively quickly within the 3 hour frame. We were very satisfied with his attention to detail, his care with our daughters items, and adaptable to tricky parking situations in the city, and a small elevator. I would give Manny an A+++ for his work.

Absolutely amazing. Alex was empathetic, caring, resourceful, inventive, and an unstoppable loading & packing machine. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will absolutely be using them for future moving needs. Thank you so much for getting us through a complicated move!
