Kind & communicative. Very easy to work with, they called after my reservation to see what time I was looking for help, they set a clear window for their arrival. Then on the day of the move (I was making a several hour drive to move) they let me know when they would be on the way, and followed up to give me an ETA once they were on the way. Additionally my belongings were handled with care.

This company was amazing - super fast and SO efficient with the packing space. They fit all of my stuff and when I unpacked the pods, nothing was damaged. HIGHLY recommend.

We have used Moving Help through Uhaul for several moves over the years and these were the WORST help we have ever had. Usually I don't worry about the moving help. They clearly did not know how to load a truck. We were doing a long distance move with a 16 foot truck. Moving a 1 bedroom apartment and they could not get everything in the truck due to their lack of loading skills. They were just putting things in the truck with no thought. When they had to load the mattress they were like oh we have big items to put in the truck and all the floor space is gone. So they basically unloaded the truck in the parking lot to get the big items in. And of course it now cost us additional time! 4 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment is unheard of! Even the helpers who unloaded our truck commented on how bad the loading was done! Stay away from this company for sure!
