The two employees that came were nice enough. They did break a wall light cover, but they were moving a beast of a sofa, so it wasn't them being careless. It was more of a spatial issue. They were a bit talkative and didn't really listen to suggestions. Still, the move was completed without any more accidents happening. Again, they were very pleasant and cheerful during the entirety of the move. Between them, my brother, myself and my Mom, the move got done. Although, with hiring movers, I expected to direct more than assist, but we're just not that kind of people. Overall, I'd consider hiring movers again.
