The movers were nice and communicative. They did drag our couches which left dirty marks on them. They did not handle the furniture with much care. Items that should have been two person jobs they carried with one person. These items they carried alone were banged up and slightly damaged.

We have used this service in the past with an excellent experience. Communication with the owner was excellent. The two men that came to move us were not up to the expectations of this service. They did not want to give me their names, a simple request when working together. They ignored my multiple requests on what needed to be moved. When it was clear they were not sure what I was saying, I asked if we could use Google translate (super helpful when I’m at work). They refused and continued to ignore my requests. Moving things I didn’t need moved and leaving things I needed moved. Furniture was banged up, doorways nicked and everything was dumped in the living room. When I say dumped I mean dumped! I gave them both an extra $20 mid move, hoping to mitigate this disaster. The two men were the slowest men I have ever worked with. Left cigarette butts in the driveway. Just all over rude and disrespectful. This is an excellent service but not with this crew.

This company has great communication skills. He informed me of his ETA and was punctual. Has attention to details and are respectful of your property. I highly recommend them.
