They broke the handle on an old trunk, scratched up multiple pieces of furniture. Got dirt all over the side of my couch and ottoman. Broke a plastic box. Told them not to grab the trunk by the handle and they did it anyways. They were very speedy, good with communication but did not take good care of my belongings with loading. Really frustrating.

Anthony is the definition of above and beyond. He texted as soon as I booked the reservation and answered all my questions before the move day. On move day, he frequently updated me about his ETA so I knew exactly what to expect. He packed the UBox VERY thoughtfully and was careful with all our items. He even took extra care to disassemble and wrap certain fragile items to decrease risk of breaking. He also spoke to his team very respectfully and constructively. I would recommend Top Notch movers to everyone.
