New England Affordable Movers did an amazing job helping me move. They unloaded my moving truck efficiently and carefully making sure that my belongings were unloaded to their proper room or the basement for storage. Before the appointment they contacted me multiple times to confirm details and make sure that things were in order. I would definitely hire them again!

Not the best experience with this company. Kept changing the arrival time, which made planning difficult. Was supposed to be morning than early afternoon then mid afternoon. We ended up having to do some of our own hauling in order to make up for lost hours. Worker Jerome reeked of marijuana, which we did not feel was appropriate or professional. Despite our strong suggestions that they utilize packing space above the truck's cab, they did not and then ran out of room for some of our items which was frustrating.

The movers were hard working though did not wrap any of the furniture as indicated during the communication beforehand, and packed the truck so inefficiently it had to be halfway unloaded by us to repack and fit our things
