Very hostile! I was uncomfortable with how they placed an item in the U-box and was met with hostility. Do not recommend!

Terrible experience, highly do not recommend. 1. they never answer their phone 2. One of the movers was very inexperienced & needed to be coached the entire time 3. they took their time & scratched up my walls & furniture. One of my table legs & wheels on a cart fell off. I certainly would not trust them to move nice furniture 4. when disassembling furniture, one man would be working & the other would just stand & stare. I had to step in and ask for a tool to help disassemble to move things along. Due to their slowness, we had to hire them for an extra hour. even then it still wasn’t enough time but I just couldn’t waste more money on them. Plus, I didn’t even move everything in my apartment, only big furniture like beds, mattresses, couch, tables, etc. So they left with half the stuff still in the truck & I had to reassemble the furniture 5. After this was all over, I texted them about my experience (because they don’t answer their phone) & did not receive a response.

We couldn't have asked for better! They were punctual, hardworking, careful, courteous, and very nice people. Highly recommended to anyone looking for these services. We would be happy to use them again!
