I wish I could rate this company higher than 5 stars. This was an incredibly complex move. They were extremely communicative, and dealt with huge obstacles with grace. Not only did they get all of my large furniture up extremely narrow stairs without a scratch, our seller left the house entirely staged. The stager was here during the move trying to pack, and was very much in the way. While I was overwhelmed, Geovanny dealt directly with the stager, was able to get her stuff out, and still complete my move at no additional cost to me. They were early, respectful, professional, and had great senses of humor. I will definitely reach out if I have any more moving needs in the future!

Avoid this Guys at all costs. They will call you immediately and make you feel they are super nice and honest, but they are scammers. They deliberately stretched a 1-hour job into 3 hours, damaged my furniture, and manipulated the situation to add extra charges. They even claimed they couldn’t move the last two boxes, forcing me to pay for an additional hour for just 5 minutes of work. Completely unprofessional and infuriating.

Giovanni was awesome. U Haul delayed our stuff, and we we did not know when it will be delivered. Giovanni stayed flexible, regularly communicated with us and was available as soon as our stuff came. All this time he was regularly responding to our communication in a very professional way.
