Recommend AAA Moving- Patrick & Josh did a great job with our move. It was so hot that day & they worked hard and took good care of my items - no items or walls were damaged. Even though there were a few challenging pieces, they were professional, accommodating, friendly and got the job done! I’d use them in future if I ever move again.

Great experience overall. Very professional and efficient during the move. I didn’t get a call back to confirm the appointment until the day before the move, but it was around Labor Day weekend, so I imagine they had a packed schedule.

Stated they’d arrive sometime ‘no later than 5’ and then didn’t show up until 7. I had to text to ask for updates more than once after 5pm came and went. Assistant never showed up so he had to go get someone else and work didn’t start until 730pm, which forced me to extend our Uhaul rental time. Broke our tv stand and scuffed up our bureau during the moving process and was overheard saying to the effect of ‘It’s not my stuff so I don’t care.’ Person who overheard the comment didn’t realize what it was about until we discovered the tv stand had been broken, which they clearly knew about but did not inform us. I ended up having to hire new movers for the next day to finish the job. Not my first time hiring movers through Uhaul but my first time being so incredibly unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and care for other people’s things. Made a very stressful moving day infinitely worse.
