I hired them for unload after driving a truck in from out of state. Communication seemed okay at first but was ultimately terrible. Agreed on 500 pm and that they would call me at 300 pm to confirm I would be there at the time. They did not call me at that time and I had to call them at 330 pm. We pushed back the time to 530 pm at that time because of their preference. I arrived at the unload location and their arrival time came and went. No communication from them as to what was happening. I called them at 545 pm and they tell me they're on their way and will be there in about an hour. I call at 715 pm and no answer. I text at 720 pm and they said they're on their way but no ETA. I ask for ETA at 740 pm and they say 20 minutes. They ultimately arrived at 830 pm. Horrible communication and their lying led me to firmly believe they weren't coming. I was about to cancel the job. They also scraped and bashed lots of walls and furniture. Horrible experience. Look elsewhere.
