The provider contacted me less than 12 hours before the start of the service requesting to move the start of the work order to an earlier hour. I obliged, but in the process inadvertently added 3 more hours of work for a total of 5 (the original order was for one person 2 hours of work). The work was completed in 1.5 hours but the company kept the extra money (240 dollars) saying they don't know how to return the money. I contacted them multiple times but they didn't reply or used totally unreasonable excuses. To this day, two weeks after the day of the service, I have not received the extra money or any communication from Beating cancer one move at a time. What a scammers! Very disappointed.

Brock, John, and Ben were terrific. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done. When the weather forecast required moving the work up a day at the last minute, no problem. When the work took longer than expected, John and Ben stayed an extra hour and helped me dispose of an item that wouldn't fit in the truck. I couldn't thank them enough.
