These guys were absolutely amazing! What took us a day and a half to load, they unloaded in just under two hours. It was absolutely fantastic! They were cool guys and good humored. Moving from NY to MA with a u-haul. We found out two days before the move that we were not going to be able to park the truck overnight. I contacted the moving company and they were very accommodating to change the date to a day earlier in the afternoon. Both of the gentlemen who unloaded the u-haul were friendly, respectful, and very efficient. They had the truck unloaded and everything in the correct room in an hour and 15 min. I was drawn to this company for their charitable donations - as a cancer survivor this meant a lot to me and in addition to their charitable donations, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the help and flexibility.

Two young strong men showed up. They were both very nice but had no clue what they were doing. I provided moving blankets and ratchet straps and had to tell them to wrap things as they were just piling furniture on top of things. They asked me to show them how to use the ratchet straps. I ended up packing the truck myself.
