Moving Experts accommodated my mistake of booking on the incorrect day. With only 16 hours notice they were able to line up some additional movers in my area to help during the time that we needed a day early. The movers were very quick, efficient and friendly. Would recommend Moving Experts to anyone.

Terrible service with little to no communication. I had 3 hours booked from 11-2 and didn't see anyone until 3;30. My things were not taken care of and a few things were broken. I emailed the owner about my many concerns and never heard back from him. Absolutely awful.

Incredibly unprofessional, did not show up for the move and ignored all of my calls. Only answered in voice notes and did not set a proper time for the delivery. Absolutely 0 communication on his part when he was not there and I had to call multiple times for him to even let me know that he was not available. Gave a flimsy excuse that he was sick, when I could hear him driving in the background. Completely unprepared for the move and definitely will try to screw you over if it benefits him. When he picked the Ubox for the first delivery he was the only mover there and asked me for help. The second time after I rescheduled and called him multiple times, he showed up with two other movers. He did not even offer them a ride to the next Ubox and had them walk from one delivery to the next. Not only is that unprofessional but honestly just mean. Refused to communicate at all and made moving so much worse than it had to be. Don't ever EVER use his services and find an actual company.
