The communication problem seems to be that Uhaul and movinghelp.com don't coordinate as well as could be. It did not result in delay in my case but I feel it is a back-office problem the could, and ought to, be fixed.

Really nice guys that fit everything and I still can't believe they were able to get it done. Ran pretty late and didn't call me to check in, -1 star, but really happy they were able to get everything I wanted into my container.
