1000 percent loved & recommend these guys! Every single aspect was above & beyond smooth- professional- friendly- courteous- experienced & exceptional. Emil was beyond helpful when I made the initial reservation – calling and emailing and beginning to cover all of my details. It was complicated. I was arriving pulling a 6 x 12 U-Haul to a Harvard housing fourth floor walk up apt -permit on the street - so much to organize and time precisely. He was extremely reassuring – had been to that apartment before and gave great suggestions. And the three people he sent to actually execute the move were so perfect and worked so extremely nonstop hard with smiles and patience again making great suggestions but also listening so respectfully to some of our particular needs. These guys all knew exactly what they were doing, and you could tell it mattered to them to do the best job possible and a great job.

Primo Moving stepped in last-minute when the first company I booked (A&A Moving LLC) canceled on me with less than 24 hours' notice. From the get-go Primo assured me that they would get me moved and were responsive throughout the whole process, lowering my stress level from an 11 out of 10 to a 6. On the day-of Unos and Sam were very professional, being careful with my furniture and calmly efficient in deciding what to move when. I have moved 5 times in 4 years, yet this was my first time hiring movers. Because of this, I was used to choosing how to pack the truck, so we weren't on the same page at the start, but after I yielded that job to them (which honestly was kinda nice to be able to do), it went really smoothly. I have a 2-bedroom apartment's worth of stuff, and between the three of us we were able to load the truck in 3 hours from a 4th floor storage unit and unload it into a single-story house (half a flight of stairs up) in 2, with 2 heavy pieces of furniture.

This guys were amazing! Even my mom said they were great, which is high praise coming from her. They packed the truck so well that after out 8 hour cross-border drive, not one thing had moved! I would definitely hire them again.
