The original movers could not make it on time. So after a long time, another pair of movers were sent who were clearly not very experienced. They struggled to figure out how to move things out of the apartment. Now granted, there were stairs involved and the couch was heavy. But I was hoping they could handle it by themselves since I had moved it with my friends' help when I originally moved in. But I had to get involved to help the movers move the couch towards the end once it looked like they couldn't do it by themselves. The movers were polite and seemed like nice people though. I hope they will get better with more moving experience.
