I would never hire them again. Arrived late, started late, came un-prepared. Disorganized. professionalism was non existent. Did not handle my stuff properly. Ruined my couches. And made me super uncomfortable by sitting on the couch waiting for me to give him the payment code even though they did not finish the unload I booked them for 5 hours and they started at 11am, they came and then left to get a third helper. Ended the job at 3pm. What a waste of $700.00. I want a refund. I finished the moving by myself with some friends. Horrible. Only positive thing was Alex. He was amazing, nice, and he was the hardest worker here. Without him, they would’ve been clueless.

The team arrived on time. Worked quickly, moving boxes at an impressive rate. The truck was loaded securely and completely. It also took less time than I expected to load and we were off to the new location. The unloading was handled safely and professionally. The team was better than I ever expected. They were ever so careful moving the items and placing them where requested.
