Top Notch was great, it was my first time using a U-Box. Anthony was very communicative and put all my worries to ease answering all my questions. They were my fastest movers to date, I told them what needed to be loaded up and if possible how I would like it packed into the U-Box. Even with having to dismantle my bed, wrap my 4 piece sectional with blankets and plastic wrap they were done in 1.5 hours. Again making my moving day less stressful as this gave me more than enough time to take things to the donation center etc. with out feeling like I have to rush. I can't say enough about how great Anthony and his team was. They definitely made what can be a stressful time less stressful than it usually is.

Would NOT book with this company again ever. They were professional and polite. However, I had one 10 ft truck (filled with belongings of a 1 bedroom apartment), which should have easily fit in a 2 hour unload. This company did not send movers who were in proper shape for the move up 3 flights of stairs in the summer. The movers spent significant time standing around, seemingly to rest up. I had to add an extra hour and the movers almost did not finish, so I had to really direct the last 20 minutes to get them to finish. Also in order to finish within the 3 hours, I had to help move my belongings and I wound up pulling my lower back. I paid for movers to avoid injury and paid for an extra hour and still had to move my own things (to ensure the move stayed within the 3 hours instead) and did indeed get injured. Very unsatisfied, worst movers I have ever hired

Anthony and Eddie were WONDERFUL! We are not from the area and had to hire them at the last minute. We had half a day to pack a storage unit before flying back home. They provided great and constant communication, worked fast and were so friendly! I highly recommend this team! My experience was exceptional!
