Unfortunately, things started off good and went downhill from there. The movers arrived and asked if we had any heavy or unusual items to move. We showed them a large book case and our pool table that needed to be moved. About an hour after that, they told me that those were considered specialty items and were not covered under what we had already paid. I asked if they would move them for an extra fee. They said yes, then I said I would pay whatever that fee was to get them moved. About an hour after that, they said that their time was up and they had to leave. They told me that I never should have expected them to move everything in the 2 hours I booked, but they didn’t move the specific things that I told the dispatcher about before they arrived, then showed them upon their arrival, then spoke about again during the move. We then had to find other available movers last minute to get these items out. It caused us significant extra expense and delayed our move by a day. 0 stars

I had a great team in James and Muhammad. Showed up a few minutes early ready to tackle my move. They were efficient and packed the truck incredibly well. Drove over 200 miles and nothing moved. Would definitely recommend.
