Mi casa Moving and Cleaning

We are so grateful for Mi Casa's services! They came through for us within hours of us scheduling them after the person we hired through Task Rabbit fraudulently claimed to do the job the day before and left us hanging. We were frantic because we were on the plane to Baltimore when the cancelation happened so we scheduled with Mi Casa while on the plane. I was so grateful that they reached out to us on WhatsApp which made communication a breeze. Even with us forgetting the storage key and arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the movers were gracious and fast...able to load and unload our things and put our bed together within the 1.5 hours we had left. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you!

These guys were amazing! I got a call right after booking to go over details thoroughly and make sure I had the right help for the job. The guys showed up early and were absolute MACHINES. They were fast, efficient, and great sports for dealing with 4 flights of stairs. Hopefully not moving anytime soon, but I'll keep them in mind for my next move and recommend them as much as I can! Movers showed up 90 mins late, owners adjusted time + rate to account for inconvenience. They were thoughtful and efficient especially towards the beginning but became less efficient with deciding how to pack towards the end. They were kind and worked well together as a team.
