I had help from DC Cargo Crew to pack up a storage unit I had in Virginia. It was stressful logistically as I now live in California and not being there had it's disadvantages and unexpected challenges accessing my unit. This team remained professional and went out of their way to help and make the process as smooth as possible. I was also impressed by their communication during the pack up.
