Clear Moving

The helpers who came to do the move were great. They got the job done in record time. However, like many others have noted, the company didn't reach out to me about the job after placing the order. I had to reach out to them. Night before the move they called me at 11pm to confirm things. Day of the move they ran into some delays. I ordered 4 hours of help to do a load and unload. They missed the load which I did myself. They were 2.5 hours late, so they just helped with the unload. They still finished in time as the crew that showed up worked hard and fast. Communication afterwards left a bad taste. Overall, I recommend the people that are doing the actual labor, but administratively, there is much room for improvement.

They were amazing. They were careful with my stuff and worked the full 2 hours even when they had difficulty getting the couch inside the building. Rodney especially was calm, easy to talk to, and had a great positive attitude. Once all items were unloaded he even asked if there was anything else he could help with. I really respect this team and I am so glad they came to help with my move instead of the previous movers who took my job code and bailed. I'd 100 percent choose them again.
