I appreciated how communicative these guys were - they were running behind because of a late customer and kept me informed along the way which was awesome because I was a little exhausted and anxious that morning. They got here and unloaded the 20 foot truck in less than two hours without damaging anything, walls were pristine, no issues. Seriously impressive!! They went above and beyond putting things where I needed them and remembered my rambling list from the beginning of the job. Beyond that, they were so kind and professional. I highly recommend them and should I find myself moving again will be contacting them!

Timely, friendly, quick and careful, I would certainly hire Bounce Back movers for my loading and unloading help. They brought their own heavy duty dolly, which was helpful for me to not need to get one, and increased the speed at which they were able to load my truck.
