The 2 gentlemen Lee and Robert arrived early, were very efficient in packing and storing the truck. The entire house was loaded into the truck by the time they finished. They took their time in packing TVs to make sure they would not move during travel. We tipped them and provided them cold water.

These movers were in such a rush to get the job done that they scratched the new flooring in my apartment. The entryway has long scratch marks (8 ft) where they dragged my items into the living room. It's such a simple job, how can you mess it up? The answer is apathy. My girlfriend overheard one of them say 'I do not care' while they threw my stuff around. They just wanted to get on with their Saturday. I wish I had stayed with them the whole time to provide oversight. When I was with them they took better care of my home, but when I was out of sight they did not care.

Movers arrived on time and were super friendly and polite. However, movers arrived and said they were told last minute that they had to disassemble the bed, so they forgot to bring tools. I have told the manager a couple days and he confirmed. So I had to run and try to get tools. While I was looking for tools they tried to put the bed frame in the elevator. I arrived with my tools and they disassembled the bed at the elevators. They did damage the bed and then told me that they didn’t break it and that there was tape. I also think the loading of a few items could have been better. Very expensive for the service I got. I’m glad they arrived on time and at all.
