Dependable Movers

Everything recorded home security cameras. I was told better if I paid cash for 3rd guy and extra hour, paid extra 90 for extra guy first hour and extra 135 for all 3 extra hour. Move done on Friday late afternoon because mover couldn’t get up early Saturday. Hour late. 2 helpers didn’t speak English. Really slowed us down. Mostly communicated by charades in stages. Worst part was guy running it. I would have sent these guys away if I wasn’t trying to beat the weather. We could have put more in and much safer if stacked better. He adamantly wanted to load all the boxes and small stuff first. Repeatedly, I told him we had big items needed to get loaded on the bottom. He yelled at me and said I was criticizing him because he was black. It was ridiculous. He wanted to lift the lawn tractor and put it sideways because he didn’t leave Enough room?! Very inefficient and unsafe ending. Wasted hour. Mattress folded Against door. Just wanted to pay and get them out of there, no more conflict.

DO NOT USE. Owner was high during the job. The owner was extremely offensive as well. He literally yelled at me repeatedly. He brought helpers who didn't know how to properly load a truck and he had to constantly tell them how to do it, then tried to coerce me into paying him to work as well when all of his time was already being taken micromanaging his employees. Extremely unprofessional. The experience was so bad that I will be reporting to better business bureau as well.

This crew is very quick and efficient, really worth the money. They are extremely careful with your furniture, but at the same time they are fast. And they have enough muscle to move a dual washer upstairs or a pool table.

Showed up 3 hours late after my wife and I packed a quarter of the items. I planned on getting on the road 3 hours earlier but had to spend $ on a hotel since I do not drive at night. Since they were late, was told I would get $20 back. Never saw that. 3 guys arrived, 2 worked. Only used workers’ 4 of the 6 hours since my wife and I had packed in their absence. Other than that, they were fine. But showing up 3 hours late and having to reach out to them for an ETA is unacceptable.

These gentlemen were absolutely amazing! They were prompt, respectful, careful, and extremely hardworking. They moved our items quickly and cautiously. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for dependable movers that are respectful of the items that that are tasked with moving.
