Movers showed up 2 hours late. After they called and requested move time start earlier, I waited at the location without any further communication or timing updates from them. The first time I called to inquire they said someone would get back to me, and nobody did. The second time I called, the dispatch person was very rude and waisted my time trying to claim this had to be my fault instead of their screwup. He then tried to claim that I had booked an even earlier move time which was both ridiculous and missing the point that nobody had shown up at any time at all. I lost two hours of moving time and was sitting in the direct sun for hours and hours watching the uhaul to make sure nothing was stolen & that I didn't miss the movers.
