Kodi and his team were thorough and efficient. Kodi in particular is patient, kind and very knowledgeable about his craft. He explained the process very clearly and confirmed that I planned to lock the container. When I said I had not thought about a lock, Kodi suggested I purchase one from the UHaul facility where the container would be stored. I followed him to UHaul, and he waited with me until a lock was in place.
