The movers I hired through Moving Help were aggressive & threatening toward me. After I gave them the pay code, they insisted that I provide them with a review right then and there. I told them I would write a review when I got home. For several minutes, they insisted that I do a review then, which was part 2 of the process, and if I didn't do a review, they would not be paid. I started to feel uneasy because they were insisting. I told them I would do the review, but not then. The men left the storage building, and I stayed inside to reorganize some of my belongings. Fifteen minutes later, I exited the building, and the two men were sitting in their car next to my U-Haul. They told me I owed them for a 3rd hour and insisted that I pay them for a 3rd hour when they were only with me for one and a half hours. They were aggressive and insisted that I pay them for an additional hour. I was alone at the storage; it was dark, and I felt I was in danger. I want to file a complaint

1. Job Details - 'Next Day' request to relocate a large, heavy piece of furniture from the basement to main floor. 2. Job Confirmation - Jeffrey contacted me immediately after placing the order on MovingHelp. He reached out via text to confirm moving details and coordinate a time. He was very friendly and efficient. 3. Movers - Antonio & Dion called in advance and arrived promptly on-time (even a bit early). They were very friendly, polite and helpful while moving & setting up a large entertainment center. Although this was a small job, we were appreciative the Omega Movers team was so responsive and provided such professional service as a great price!
