Do not use their services. They are unprofessional and very happy to gaslight the customer. According to their own description they will disassemble your furniture, but they refused to do so during my move. When it came to packing my Ubox, they haphazardly packed things as if it were their first time packing anything. When the concerns were brought up to the movers at the site, they began to gaslight me as if I were saying they weren't working hard enough, which was not the case. When they were 'done', the Ubox could obviously hold more than they were allowing it to. In the end, my wife and I had to go to the Uhaul facility to unpack the mess they made and repack it to contain all the items we had set aside for it and more. I strongly advise against using their services as it was more trouble than it was worth. After expressing my dissatisfaction with their services, I have met nothing but a brick wall. Do not use this company's services.
