Like most contractors, they were very communicative when they wanted info from me but when I had a question... Crickets. Had a very small unload. 40 minutes total which included a bunch of chatting. Only difficult items were a dresser, a box spring and a mattress to the 2nd floor. Movers were very polite and professional though they failed to mention the ding they put in my wall with the dresser. I'd probably use them again (devil you know...) though I'd watch every step like a hawk.

American Mover's was AMAZING!!! They were so patient with my moving process and were effective in getting all my belongings moved to my new apartment with no scratch or dent on a single item. The movers were not just professional but personable, which made the task of moving a lot more enjoyable, to say the least! I would not hesitate to book with them the next time I plan to move!
