The crew showed up on time, but handled some pieces of the furniture in a rough manner. The load was packed in the 2 hours, but during the move the load shifted and a heavy dining room table, which was standing vertically had all 4 legs break off. I went through the resolution center, but miracle movers just blamed another company which unloaded the truck at the destination. They were completely unresponsive to my claim. I ended up having to pay $380 out of pocket to get the table fixed. I would not recommend them. It's a miracle if you get your stuff moved intact.

Navi, Vaughan and Demetrius were the best movers I have ever had. They arrived early, were so very personal and professional and took so much stress off of my move. I cannot recommend them enough. They utilized every inch of space in the truck—so organized. I have used many movers in the past and I have never had a better experience. 2 thumbs up!! Do yourself a favor if you are moving and call Miracle Movers! I will also be using their Maid Service at the end and have no doubt that I will have another impeccable job!!
