They went completely blank the first time I reserved with this company. I tried to reach them by email, text messages (2 times), and calls (10 times). No response at all. They did not show up for the job, it was a complete disaster for me. I lost a lot of money because of this and Uhaul did nothing about it. The second time I reserved them, they reached out and asked me to provide all of the moving information once again. I told them they should be able to see the reservation details on MovingHelp.com but they insisted that they can not see the address or time info. They also require a list of everything that will be moved, all very suspicious! At least they showed up the second time. Movers are just good guys, the trouble is with the management. They say they can not see my moving details; yet, they were able to use the payment code to get the money from MovingHelp. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company.

The movers themselves were outstanding! Five star work ethic. They were fast, careful and efficient. The issue I had was with the administrative team. I was very clear about my moving needs from the beginning. The woman in the office tried to charge me last minute for something that should’ve been included in my quote and had the audacity to catch an attitude. After I called off the job, a man who I assume was the owner called back and smoothed things over allowing for a hassle free move going forward.
