My service with Bounce Back Movers was top tier. They were able to pack my 1 bedroom apartment into a 6x12 uhaul trailer quickly and efficiently. Communication was also on point from the day I made the reservation, to the day of my move. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Not only did Bounce Back movers text me at 10 pm the night before my move telling me they were delaying it, but they were rude and threatened to cancel the night before. During the move they were kind but they were in a rush and my wood furniture was dropped and has several scratches along it. Overall they did move me within the time I needed, but the experience was not the best I’ve had with movers. More professionalism and attention to detail would have gone a long way.
