Communication by Mr Taylor was outstanding. Because of closing timing he had no problem moving the time and day to meet our schedule. Crew was great. Worked non stop to get the truck unpacked and all the items placed in the correct room. Unfortunately our Murphy Bed was too big and too heavy to make it up the stairs to a loft area. Have to disassemble and get it up in pieces. Would definitely recommend.
