In short summary, communication was consistent, showed up late, quick and efficient moving things into the truck, terrible at packing the truck which caused me to waste a lot more time rearranging the truck to fit the rest of the things in my house.

The movers took care of completing the unloading of a POD. They carried items up 2nd & 3rd floor as if the items were their own and asked when not sure where to place an item. I highly recommend their thoroughness, care, and efficient work.
