Sergio (the owner?) is easy to talk to, knows exactly what he’s doing, and was flexible. A day or two after he and I first spoke we had to change our reservation for unloading because we were not going to be able to get in to our new house in the morning, as we had been expecting, and he made it work - thank you, Sergio! Later, our truck’s arrival was delayed by about an hour, and he accommodated our late arrival. Sergio also worked very hard once our truck arrived to get it unloaded. If this review was only for Sergio, it would be five stars, no question. Unfortunately, the two people whom Sergio brought weren’t as careful with our stuff as he was, and also didn’t show nearly the level of hustle that he did. I get that it was late in the afternoon, and that everyone was tired, but things didn’t go as well as I had hoped.

Communication was great. Was contacted about details for unloading and also the day before the move. Kept me informed when movers would show up (on time) and everything was moved pretty quickly. Would use again for sure.

I could recommend this company more. I booked pretty last minute and they were so nice and accommodating. They were able to fit everything into my smaller trailer, ahead of schedule too!

2 hours late. Endless explanations and excuses. The movers were personable enough on an extremely hot day, but their carefulness with my possessions and skil at their jobl were well below my previous experiences using this service. Oddly, they behaved like they were doing me some sort of favor by doing a so-so job for which they had set the price. If I hadn't had a markedly better experience twice before, I'd chalk it up to the heat. Not awful, but not that good either.
