Wow, I cannot say enough good about John and his team! They are communicative and kind, and most importantly, are wizards when packing a truck. I honestly have no idea how they managed to get everything in. Upon unpacking, everything was secure and undamaged. In short, excellent customer service plus being masters at the physical aspects of the gig equals an excellent experience -- thank you!

These guys showed up on time and immediately got to work loading up our U-Haul. However, there was about a 20 minute period where neither of the 2 movers were in our apartment and actually moving stuff. When I went down to the truck, both of them were messing with tie-down straps which isn't a 2 person job. After that point, the momentum kind of slowed which caused us to have to pay for another hour of service. I wish I tried to push the guys a little harder and keep them on task to avoid paying an additional fee.
