SIGNATURE MOVING

First, they were an hour late claiming their car broke down and I only found that out after I called the company's phone number four times before the owner answered and said he would contact me and call me back, which he didn't I had to call him two more times and instead of picking up he, texted me mid-ring with the helpers will call you. When they finally arrived, the two of them spent 30 minutes total going back in forth about payment with each other, with the second worker constantly asking my husband and I about how he was getting paid. By them being late, we missed our move-in window and had to share the freight elevator with a tenant who was moving out so it made the whole process more complicated. Then the owner made me pay an extra $75.00 on top of my $155.00 pre payment because it took them 3 hours instead of two. Well, we would have been done in two if your workers weren't arguing with each other and kept stopping and asking for things before the even finished my loading.

Abba and Austin did an excellent job moving 8 pieces of large furniture from the house to a portable storage unit in our driveway. They wrapped the items carefully and placed them securely in the unit. My main goal was to clear out a bedroom to make room for a larger bed, and Signature helped me accomplish it. They also moved the heavy, still-in-box new bedframe from the garage to the bedroom. They even offered to assemble it. The job had a glitch, which was not due to any problem with Signature. They didn't receive the job from Moving Help until the morning of the job. Once received, they promptly contacted me to go over the details. Given the situation, I remained flexible with their arrival time. I also prepared for their arrival, creating a list of items to move, getting supplies ready, and making sure the path between the bedroom and storage unit was clear. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
