I recently used LessTask for a local move; overall, the experience was positive. The team arrived on time, handled my items carefully, and worked efficiently. They were professional and courteous and ensured that my belongings were well-protected during the move. HOWEVER, ONE MAJOR CONCERN I had was the billing policy. The company charges in 1-hour increments, which I find a bit unfair. In my case, the move wrapped up in just 2.5 hours, but I was charged for a full additional hour. I would have preferred if they charged in 30-minute increments to reflect the actual time worked accurately. Aside from this, I think the service was good, but potential customers should know the billing structure before booking because I did not see anywhere that prorating based on hours worked was not offered.

Sergio and team were excellent. They were communicative, arrived on time, and were extra careful with trying not to damage furniture or walls. We had a difficult move with a lot of stairs and they handled it like champs. Best movers we’ve used in the DMV!
