The movers arrived on time and were respectful. However, they also took long breaks in between trips down to the truck, even at one point taking the time to move their car's parking spot. Due to these long breaks, the move-out took longer than the two hours I had paid for. In order to thank and compensate them for staying longer, I gave them a larger tip than I otherwise would have. At this point AFTER I had tipped them and they had said they were leaving, they then told me I would have to pay for an extra hour because they stayed an extra 40 minutes. They also were not careful with our furniture, as we saw them tossing items around. Many items ended up getting nicked and a couple glass items (in boxes clearly marked FRAGILE) were broken. They definitely helped us complete our move and I'm grateful for the services rendered, but overall, I feel a little scammed by the extra payment required post-tip, and I would not hire them again.
